India is most producing cotton among all countries in the worlds. We have got favourable climate to make largest cotton production over many decades. Now we are producing Organic Cotton & Sustainable Cotton to help and support social environment. Organic cotton produce with no fertilizers, pesticides , no artificial seeds and plant grow naturally with water. Our country weather all makes it possible. Recycled cotton is also healthy progress over these years towards green. Collect fabric waste from various process and grind them to make into bales. Later it converted into yarn.

Ginning is the process of removing the seeds and debris from cotton. The cotton first goes through dryers to reduce moisture content and then through cleaning equipment to remove foreign fibres. This is all done by automatically driven machines, take all long & short staple fibres and make it to bundle and send them for spinning mills to create yarn.
Interlocking of long continuous fibres is called yarn. After receiving the fibres spinning mill do the process is called Twisting. Based on the long & short fibres and thick & thin fibres differentiate with counts. It is used to make different GSM fabrics. Finished twisting fibres called threads and it wound into strands (or) Cones (or) cheese form to send for further process of knitting to make fabrics.
Knitting is the method by which yarn is influence (Manipulated) to create textile (or) fabrics. We can make lighter and heavier fabrics based on counts with fully automatic circular knitting. Here we can make all kind of winter & summer fabrics in different structure with the help of improved technology.
Generally dyeing process involves absorption (transfer of dyes from the agueous solution onto the fibre surface) and diffusion (dyees diffused into the fibre). When it comes to GREEN “GOTS” is the term using to comes under one Global Standard to keep away the chemical substance and healthy spoiler dye stuffs. Also we are doing zero wastage of processed water which is used again for next processing of fabrics. We have modernised technology to use water Re-cycle one to keep sustainability. This is the approved waste water technology which is recognised by world pollution organisations.
After cutting, we have to send value added process like placement printing. Here we do different kind of print techniques based on customer specifications. We used work with social friendly dyes and chemicals. After done the curing process to ensure print fasteness. Later printed parts send for sewing.
This also a value addition process to keep the garment rich look. Here we can do new embroidery techniques as per customer specified designs. Here we can trim the loose threads and send them for assembling
We can possibly make 15000 T-shirt Per Day because of our production system. Normally all confection units has separate Ironing & Packing system. Our production plan is to pack the garments within the day of garment get started. We will get maximum output & end of the day garment get packed that’s the important for every confection units and we are really strong in this system.
We can do final inspection once order is ready. We conduct the final inspection under AQL 2.5 quality standard. We prepare inspection Report and Measurement evaluation for every shipment. The same we have send to our clients for records.
Once we done the final inspection, we securely attach strapping to protect carton damage and theft while transporting. Later cartons send for ports after customs clearance it will loaded into containers and ships. We will track every shipment until reaches customer warehouse.
