This is the department we excutes the orders from day one. Here they do planning , execution, submissions, approval, status & forwarding the final goods to the customers. We have strong merchandising team to execute the orders in very particular timeline. Communication & Transparency to the customers is our strongest thing in our business.

Sample is the great influence thing in the Garment Business. It gets attention to the customers as well as orders. Our sample department heads by well experienced pattern master with his workmanship ideas. Also we have big sample room to make all kind of styles in short timeline. Also we start doing 150 pcs orders from sampling itself. We can do MOQ for the styles as 150 Pcs so this department make these quantity.

We have Quality team to ensure Quality in all departments fabric, cutting, production and finally carton auditing. We maintaining quality standard as 2.5 AQL Level. We have authorized or nominated person who conduct final self-inspection on our own. Finally, quality is the most important thing in the industry, we have certain format for final inspection report after every shipment which sent to the customers to know about their product.

We have storage for each and every customers trims in separate rack. Also, we are maintaining trim cards from authorised person signed. This will minimize the confusions in the sewing line itself. Also, we have needle policy to maintain zero tolerance for broken needles and we have an agreement for broken needles to be re-cycled.

We have stored the fabric based on customers related rack with identification number, also we have Certified working software to identify the place as well with rack numbers. We are working 4 terms as receiving the fabric, relaxation of the fabric, fabric inspection and issue to cutting.

Every rolls we have to Inspect as per 2.5 AQL Procedure before issue to the cutting department. Also, we have storage here and before issue to the dyeing we have to check each & every roll to the ensure quality standard before taking the process itself.

We can cut 15000 Tshirts per day and we have totally 6 lines in the cutting, we are following AQL 2.5 Level for cutting floor.

After cut parts are out we going to make numbering with shade group with stickers. After stickering it will goes to cut panel / parts checking, here we take out the mistake fabric parts from the bundle and replace the good pcs. Here we reducing last minute quality rejections and keep the quality in all areas.

We have advance sewing method called ONLINE PACKING SYSTEM . If we start sewing we can pack the garment on same day. We can get mass output in the production and sort out the workmanship mistakes on the same day itself to maintain quality as well as maximum output.

After checked the garments it sends for pressing. Here we do vacuum & ironing for good presentation. After Ironing garments will have added much value. After that we add hang tags & EAN codes for branding. Later it covers up with single polybag and stored into cartons

After every process done including Ironing & Packing we have to keep the carton for very safe place. We have restricted carton storage (CT-PAT) area. We are doing most styles in year for different customers, we have finishing team to ensure the correct carton should be marked with correct style and despatch to the correct destinations. We have conduct final inspection at there to ensure carton audit, marking & quality standard.

We can do final inspection once order is ready. We conduct the final inspection under AQL 2.5 quality standard. We prepare inspection Report and Measurement evaluation for every shipment. The same we have to send our clients for records

Once we done the final inspection, we securely attach strapping to protect carton damage and theft while transporting. Later cartons send for ports after customs clearance it will loaded into containers and ships. We will track every shipment until reaches customers warehouse.
